Dr. Jayne Laszewski, MD
My journey in medicine began at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and my Medical Degree. I later moved to Portland to complete my psychiatry residency at Oregon Health and Science University.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of partnering with hundreds of patients on their healing journeys. These experiences have deepened my commitment to exploring innovative therapies that improve both mental well-being and life circumstances.
Recognizing the growing potential of psychedelic medicine, I pursued advanced training at the California Institute of Integral Studies, earning a Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and Research. I also completed the Oregon Psilocybin Facilitator Training with Fluence and gained specialized expertise in mindfulness meditation, ecotherapy, psychedelic integration, and harm reduction.
Brooks Oglesby-Junk APRN, PMHNP-B
I am an Advanced Practice Registered nurse practitioner experienced in performing psychiatric evaluations, selecting the best psychiatric medications, supplements and treatments. I have treated thousands of clients with a variety of conditions including ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, PTSD and panic disorders. By listening to each client’s individual concerns, needs, and goals, I will select the best mental health medication along with non-medication recommendations such as therapy, lifestyle changes, and brief CBT
